SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders in stock are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed until your information is updated. Orders with out of stock item(s) may take additional days to process and ship. We will remain in contact with shipping updates and tracking information via email. Please note that if customers provide inaccurate shipping information and do not inform us before shipping, the customer will be charged for any additional fees associated with the delivery of their package.

EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All store purchases may only be returned to stores within the original country of purchase. Please contact your local store for return policy information. 

Online purchases made through THEPOLARMOVEMENT.COM are FINAL SALE. Under certain circumstances customers can contact Support@ThePolarMovement.com for approval on exchange, credit, or refund request within 14 days from the ship date. Your return form and invoice provide a postmark date that specifies the last day you have to return your merchandise by mail. Return any unused or defective merchandise by mail at your own cost. Returns that are free of damage and unworn that are made within 14 days of the order shipment date may be exchanged for equal value. Please note, made to order items cannot be canceled, exchanged or returned.


Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and with all tags attached. Jewelry must be in its original packaging. All returned items must be accompanied by the return form and customs documents (if applicable). 

SALE MERCHANDISE, COSMETICS, UNDERWEAR, SELECT LINGERIE AND SWIMWEAR, EARRINGS, BODY PIERCINGS, AND GIFT CARDS / E-GIFT CARDS ARE ALL FINAL SALE ITEMS AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED, UNLESS REQUIRED BY LAW.
