What is your return policy?

All sales are final, but exchanges may be accepted only under certain circumstances approved by our support team. Contact Support@ThePolarMovement.com for exchange inquiries. Customers will be responsible for shipping cost and must return any unused or defective merchandise by mail. Returns made within 14 days of the order shipment date will be exchanged for equal value. Please note, made to order items cannot be canceled, exchanged or returned. 

What payment methods do you accept?

ThePolarmovement.com accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, China Union Pay, Diners Club, PayPal*, AfterPay, Apple Pay, and Polar Movement Gift Cards.

*Please note, PayPal is unavailable to customers in Turkey.

Why is my item on backorder?

Occasionally, an item for sale on thepolarmovement.com has not yet been received at our distribution center or is so popular that we have trouble keeping it in stock. You may order a backordered item to reserve your favorite color and size, but it will not be shipped to you until it is in stock. The expected ship date will be listed when you add an item to your Shopping Bag.
